Better Mental Health for Better Living

Welcome
Hello, my name is Errolie Sermaine. Thank you for visiting my website and considering me for counselling or supervision.
Throughout life we can all face many challenges and it often helps to talk to someone about our thoughts, feelings and experiences. At these times it may not feel comfortable or appropriate to talk to our friends or loved ones, or perhaps you feel that you don’t have anyone around you that you could go to for help and support.
Counselling offers you a supportive, safe and confidential space where you can explore and work through problems, thoughts, feelings and choices without being judged. I am able to work with a broad range of issues such as addiction, anxiety, bereavement, childhood issues/trauma, depression, divorce, loss, relationships, self-esteem and stress. However I specialise in mental health, particularly anxiety, pre- and post-natal depression.

Supervision
Clinical Supervision is an important part of working to professional standards and is a requirement of the BACP to ensure all counsellors are working in a safe and ethical way. I offer integrative one-to-one sessions, with a discounted rate for students.

Bring the baby
Counselling designed specifically for women and men that may be experiencing a range of difficult emotions following the birth of a child. ‘Bring the Baby’ sessions enable you to access counselling if you don’t have childcare or feel uncomfortable being away from your baby, supporting you to face challenges and overcome emotional barriers.
