Better Mental Health for Better Living

Errolie Sermaine - Fully Qualified Counsellor

Welcome

Hello, my name is Errolie Sermaine. Thank you for visiting my website and considering me for counselling or supervision.

Throughout life we can all face many challenges and it often helps to talk to someone about our thoughts, feelings and experiences. At these times it may not feel comfortable or appropriate to talk to our friends or loved ones, or perhaps you feel that you don’t have anyone around you that you could go to for help and support.

Counselling offers you a supportive, safe and confidential space where you can explore and work through problems, thoughts, feelings and choices without being judged. I am able to work with a broad range of issues such as addiction, anxiety, bereavement, childhood issues/trauma, depression, divorce, loss, relationships, self-esteem and stress. However I specialise in mental health, particularly anxiety, pre- and post-natal depression.

NCS  support and promote counselling, believing it should be seen as a vocation (not just a job but a worthy occupation) and that the relationship between counsellor and client is important for the outcome of therapy.
