My Approach

As a highly experienced, fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to offer you the empathy and understanding you need to achieve your goals and reach your full potential. I have professional training in Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural and Life Coaching approaches but favour an humanistic approach. I am able to offer short and long term therapy, tailored to suit your needs and can work with all age groups.

Most therapeutic sessions happen face-to-face but for some people this may be difficult. In this situation I am able to provide online, email, or telephone counselling sessions. If you would like to know more about this type of therapy, please contact me for more information.

I am a member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adhere strictly to their Code of Ethics for Good Practice. I understand the courage it takes to contact a counsellor so I continuously strive to provide the best therapeutic experience to my clients.
