How To Pay

Online and Telephone Sessions

Payments must be made via bank transfer at least 24 hours prior to the agreed session time. Bank details for payment will be forwarded to you by email once a session time has been agreed.

Face-to-face Sessions

Payments can be made in cash at the beginning of each session or via bank transfer at least 24 hours prior to the agreed session time. Bank details for payment will be forwarded to you by email once a session time has been agreed. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a session (either face-to-face or online) by telephone, email or text message but will need to give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid full payment of the session fee. A confirmation of receipt of the cancellation will be sent by return.
